The idea of establishing an institute about the study, research and extraction of teachings, arts and human needs through the saying sources of holy prophet and infallible leaders (Ahadith and Riwayaat) strengthened in out mind in the years of 1974-75. In those griereful and oppressive years of shah we held a meeting about the Islamic government with Ayatullah Mufatteh who martyred to unite the theology centre and university, and also we held some meetings with the great scholar Hajrat Ayatullah Subhani, that for becoming expertin research and writing, we would have to become familiar with the saying sources of infallible leaders to drive in the teaching sea of Shiite's Riwayaat, but after the short period we faced and acquainted the basic problems of research in Riwayee sources.

Shiite 's sources and the list of detail letters were not have serial-wised dictionaries and it was very difficult to bring them in use, even thpugh the great scholar Shahid Hujjatul Islam Mustafawi Kermani was become able to take up the first step in this regard.

In those days while we were studying the interior sorrowful conditions of shiite 's and the shortage of research centers and sources, we compelled to confess that the shiite 's of Ameer Al Muamineen Ali(As) is also oppressed like their leaders.

had read in one of books that the Christian scholar(George Geordag) has studied the Nahjul Balaghah zoo times, my religious spirit raised this question in my thought that what we.

Have done? And how much our cultural generation is familiar with this book?

With the blessing of God and with the cooperation of great brother Hujjatul Islam M. kazim Muhammadi we started our activities to prepare the serial wise dictionary of Nahjul Balaghah, which ended within valuable years. During this work we understood that how much this book has deep and comprehensive meanings, therefore we planed to prepare new rewayee sources.

Islamic and specially the shiite s thought is rich in research sources and it is uncomparable with other religious and sects, because there have been discussed every kind of human needs in the holy Quran and the holy prophet 's descendants, and during the three centuries(from the death of holy prophet up to great absent 329 A.H.) the generalities of Islamic, Islamic jurisprudence, the holy Qurans verses and their explanation and analyses have been explained always by twelve Imams who know the unseens and revelations which have been forwarded in the form of ten thousands of Hadith and Rewayat to mankind and one of them is Nahjul Balaghah.

Our age is the age of new instruments, the age of presentation of different ways and wonderful methods of study and research. By adverting modern tools and instruments, reflective computers, there have become basic and inimagable changes in human arts and sciences, the quality of study and assessment and finding the hidden worthy concepts in human literary works, which brought a huge changes in research methods, therefore there have become some new needs for the fact thirsty generation of our age.

With consideration of life limitations, various social problems, industrial contortion life, we needs new methods, instruments, equipments, and means in research and finding new views in study and valuable subjects.

One of progressive reasons of world developed countries is the serious reconsideration in inventing and using the new means and methods of research which give durability and sength to the lite of research centres with the most complete and new methods.

May be the world developed countries don�t have rich sources, cultural, literal and scientific works of third world, specially the shiite�s theology centres and can not gather the necessary in vestments by the plots of escaping the thoughts and plundering the cultural works of world too, but by modernizing the research means and best using of their investments in research centres, have conquered the top of progress and till now they are going on in this line.

In a real view the confession of some facts are necessary and bitter, such as:

A) the development countries by less investment and using new and modern mean and research methods have become success, but we are instead of having rich sources just thinking to find the necessary needs yet.
B) They have started with a little investment and got their targets, but we are still hungry instead of haning a lot of mines and treasures.
C) They are diving in the fair sciences by modernization of research means, computerization of libraries and research centres, but we are surprise beside the wavy and roaring sea of Qur�anic teachings and knowledges and the works of Ahlul Bait (As).
D) They have achieved their financial points and planning to plunder the brains and cultural capitals of other nations of the world, and not only that but there are feeling somethings shortage and planning some long period research schews, but we are humble to cover and producing their own capitals.
E) Many scientists of development countries are finding the valuable and useful subjects for their convey and research, but in our countries the subjects and concepts are abandored in trying to find the obligor researchers and scientists!! .
F) They are asking there that what we have? What they have? And what could be have?, but we are asking here that what should do? And how should find?

The Solutions

In consideration of above mentioned problems:

- The new methods of research should be find and the newest means of research should be used.

- Our research centres should be equipped with the best and the most advance equipments.

- There should be a strong relation between the generation of our age and the rich and in comparable Rewayee sources and every one should be able to use the rich Islamic sources whit their various capacities.

- For all scientific, philosophy, explanatory, narrative, literal and etc. sources there should be prepared completely dictionaries.

- There should be done everything to computerized the valuable Islamic sources, and the tree shaped graph of Islamic sources should be made ready as soon as possible.

- Those should be taken the all necessary actions to push the difficult people of society towards study and research, and every one of researchers should avail completly their necessary needs.

- Beside of developing the research means, there should be mobilized some educations of Islamic knowledge and in other word there should be thousands of researchers of various subjects and concepts.

- The subjects and titles of research should be selected from Nahjul Balaghah and other Rewayee sources.

- The vocabulary dictionaries should be prepared for all Rewayee sources.

- The Rewayee sources should be given whit their documents.

- There should be prepared guide books for research and acquaintance of Rewayee sources according to various classes of society and they should be available easily.

- Correct and suitable translations should be made according to the needs of contemporary generation.

- The teachings of Nahjul Balaghah according of the needs of different social classes should be prepared as articles and booklets.

- There should be held general competitions about the Ahadith sources. With such desires and ideas we started out activity, and after long years of research and study, specially after the victory of Islamic Revolution we initiated with Nahjul Balaghah Foundation, which was the idea of martyred Ayatullah Mutahhari, then we started a close cooperation with Hujjatul Islam Deen Parvar and around six years I was the head of research unit of Nahjul Balaghah Foundation

During these sweet years, I managed the competition of Nahjul Balaghah among the students of all middle and high secondary schools of country about to years with the cooperation of Qur�an and Nahjul Balaghah unit of education ministry, and during this period we were preparing booklets for students every year.

At last the Ameerul Muamineen cultural Research Institute become into existuace in 1988 A.D., then during a meeting with the suprem leader Hazrat Ayatullah Khamenei we gave him a detailed report about the short and long period views and ideas of this Institute. This Institute approved by His Highness and solid to its council:

" The independence of this Institute should be saved and continued "

Briefly, it could be said: The aim of this Institute is to bring a relationship between the new generation and Rewayee sources, and the course this activity has been started from Nahjul Balaghah.
